How to use the tracker

1. Copy the round deadline from your competition page, including its time zone
2. Write down the team and opponent you are considering, then check earlier rows for a team you have already used
3. Submit your final pick through your competition's official entry system before the deadline
4. Record the result and review your remaining teams before the next round

Writing a team on this sheet does not submit a pick or enter a competition. Your saved pick and the published competition rules are what count

A simple example

You picked Arsenal in round one and they won. Record that result and treat Arsenal as used. Before round two, choose from your remaining teams, even if Arsenal have another appealing fixture. A future plan can change; a team already used in the competition cannot be picked again at LMS HQ

Check the rules where you play

At LMS HQ, you pick one team to win each round and use each team only once. A win takes you through; a draw or loss eliminates you, subject to any available buy-back. Rules vary between organisers, particularly for missed deadlines, postponements, re-entry and a round where everyone is eliminated
