REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

No Refund Policy

All entry fees and rebuys are strictly non-refundable. Once you have entered a competition or purchased a rebuy, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Accidental purchases or duplicate entries
• User error (e.g. failing to make a pick)
• Elimination from the competition
• Technical or connectivity issues
• Changes in availability or personal circumstances

This policy complies with the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations, as the service is:

• Digital in nature
• Delivered immediately upon payment
• A skill-based competition exempt from typical refund entitlements

Cancellation

Users may not cancel an entry or rebuy once a payment has been completed.

LMS HQ reserves the right to cancel a competition in rare or exceptional circumstances (e.g. low participation or technical failure). If this occurs:

• We will notify all participants via email
• Entry fees may be refunded in full or applied to a future competition at our discretion

If a User is found to have violated the Terms of Service or Competition Rules, LMS HQ may cancel their participation without refund.
