Customer Terms of Service

1.1. "Competition" refers to any football prediction challenge hosted by LMS in which users pay to enter and are eliminated based on team selection performance.
1.2. "Entry Fee" means the payment required to participate in a competition.
1.3. "Rebuy" refers to the option for eliminated users to re-enter a competition by paying an additional Entry Fee.
1.4. "Platform" means the website and backend systems operated by LMS HQ to host and manage Competitions.
1.5. "User Content" includes any selections, team picks, or data submitted by the user as part of their participation.
1.6. "Rules" means the gameplay and participation guidelines published at www.lastmanstandinghq.com/rules.

2.1. LMS HQ provides a skill-based competition where Users predict winning football teams on a round-by-round basis.
2.2. Competitions involve knockout rounds. If your selected team fails to win or is ineligible under the Rules, you are eliminated.
2.3. LMS is not a gambling platform and is not subject to the Gambling Act 2005 or any related regulation. Outcomes are determined by skill, knowledge, and strategic decision-making.

3.1. Users must be at least 18 years of age.
3.2. You must not reside in any jurisdiction where participation in skill-based competitions is prohibited.
3.3. By registering, you warrant that all submitted information is true, accurate, and current.

4.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use of your account at support@lastmanstandinghq.com.
4.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, or rule violations.

5.1. Participation in a competition requires payment of an Entry Fee as set on the Platform.
5.2. Rebuys are offered at the same fee as the initial entry, subject to availability.
5.3. All payments are non-refundable, including in cases of:
- User error
- Missed picks
- Technical issues
- Early elimination
- Duplicate purchases
5.4. By entering a competition, you agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

6.1. All Users must comply with the published Rules available at www.lastmanstandinghq.com/rules.
6.2. We reserve the right to disqualify any User who breaches these Rules.
6.3. We may amend Rules from time to time, and it is your responsibility to check for updates.

7.1. The total prize fund is calculated based on the number of participants and rebuys.
7.2. LMS deducts a 33% operating fee from the total collected funds (subject to change).
7.3. The remaining amount is awarded to winners in accordance with the Rules.

8.1. LMS HQ operates on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.
8.2. We are not liable for:
- Server outages
- Data feed inaccuracies
- Changes in match schedules
- Force majeure events

9.1. All platform content, branding, and infrastructure are the intellectual property of LMS HQ.
9.2. You retain rights to your User Content, but grant LMS a non-exclusive right to use it for analytics, reporting, and promotion.

10.1. LMS may monitor User activity to ensure fair play and compliance.
10.2. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit or unfairly influence outcomes will result in disqualification without refund.

11.1. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.
11.2. Changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
